About
Designing Michigan homes since 1994.
A Saginaw County design firm built on one simple idea: you should see your home before you build it.
Our story
32 years of homes designed around real families.
HomeScape 3D Drafting & Design has been creating custom home plans since 1994. House plans and addition and remodeling plans, designed with you in mind. We start with your ideas, wants, needs and budget to design a plan that will fit your needs now and in the future.
The most important part of our role in designing your home is to design a functional home that works for you, the client. All our designs are done in 3D, which allows us to show your home from all angles before it's built, giving you more control and input into the design process. It makes the process faster, and even fun.
When you work with Homescape, you work with the owner, from the first conversation to the final plans.
Your designer
You'll know who's drawing your home.
Hi, I'm Brent Fitzpatrick, owner of HomeScape 3D Drafting & Design. I've always had a passion for design, and I enjoy helping people turn their ideas into reality.
HomeScape 3D was established in 1994, and I joined the company as its lead designer in 2000. After 25 years of working with homeowners and builders, I had the opportunity to take ownership of the business in 2025.
Whether it's a custom home, an addition or a renovation, I enjoy working closely with clients to create designs that are both creative and practical. I personally handle every project, from the initial concept to the finished plans.
I take pride in the relationships I've built over the years, with much of my business coming from repeat clients and referrals. Even after all these years, I still enjoy seeing a client's vision come to life.
Functional first
A beautiful home that doesn't work for your family isn't a good design.
