Why it works
Garages & Pole Barns, done the Homescape way.
Every garages & pole barns project starts with a conversation about how you live, what you need, and what your site and budget allow. From a two-stall attached garage to a pole barn with a workshop and loft, we design outbuildings that fit your property, your equipment and the way you'll actually use the space. One designer stays with you from the first sketch to the final drawings, and the details below are what make the difference.
Sized to what goes inside
Trucks, boats, tractors, a workbench, a lift: we plan door sizes, ceiling heights and floor space around what you need to store and do.
Room to grow
Thinking about a loft, a bathroom or living quarters later? We can plan for it now so the future build is simpler.
Fits the house
Attached or detached, we design garages that match your home's roof pitch and materials.

Plans drawn for Michigan code.
Michigan homes are permitted under the Michigan Residential Code, which is administered by the state's Bureau of Construction Codes and based on the International Residential Code. The building department that covers your township, city or county reviews the drawings before it issues a permit. Homescape 3D prepares every plan set with that review in mind, drawn the way builders and inspectors expect to read floor plans, elevations, sections and details.
