Homescape 3D Blueprints: new homes and remodeling Schedule a consult

3D modeling

Walk through your home before the first shovel hits the dirt.

It's hard to picture a home from lines on paper. Today's 3D models are so lifelike that most clients see their finished home right on the screen, outside and in, and make decisions with confidence.

Why it works

3D Home Modeling, done the Homescape way.

Every 3d home modeling project starts with a conversation about how you live, what you need, and what your site and budget allow. It's hard to picture a home from lines on paper. Today's 3D models are so lifelike that most clients see their finished home right on the screen, outside and in, and make decisions with confidence. One designer stays with you from the first sketch to the final drawings, and the details below are what make the difference.

01

See every angle

Look at your home from the street, the backyard, and from room to room. Ceiling heights, sightlines, window placement: you'll know how it feels before it's built.

02

Catch changes early

Moving a wall in a 3D model takes minutes. Moving it on a job site costs real money. Designing in 3D puts the changes where they're cheap.

03

Lifelike, not cartoonish

Modern design software makes 3D views realistic enough that most clients no longer need separate photo-realistic renderings.

Good to know

Plans drawn for Michigan code.

Michigan homes are permitted under the Michigan Residential Code, which is administered by the state's Bureau of Construction Codes and based on the International Residential Code. The building department that covers your township, city or county reviews the drawings before it issues a permit. Homescape 3D prepares every plan set with that review in mind, drawn the way builders and inspectors expect to read floor plans, elevations, sections and details.
