2D to 3D
Already have plans? Let's see them in 3D.
Do you have existing 2D floor plans you'd love to see in 3D? Bring them to us and we'll turn them into a 3D floor plan, so you can see what your plan could look like when it's built.
Why it works
2D to 3D Floor Plans, done the Homescape way.
Every 2d to 3d floor plans project starts with a conversation about how you live, what you need, and what your site and budget allow. Do you have existing 2D floor plans you'd love to see in 3D? Bring them to us and we'll turn them into a 3D floor plan, so you can see what your plan could look like when it's built. One designer stays with you from the first sketch to the final drawings, and the details below are what make the difference.
Any starting point
Builder plans, stock plans, plans from another designer: if it's a floor plan, we can model it.
Spot problems early
Seeing a plan in 3D often reveals things a flat drawing hides: tight hallways, awkward sightlines, furniture that won't fit.
Add some color
Want a plan that's easier to read? Colored floor plans show different areas of the home in color.

Plans drawn for Michigan code.
Michigan homes are permitted under the Michigan Residential Code, which is administered by the state's Bureau of Construction Codes and based on the International Residential Code. The building department that covers your township, city or county reviews the drawings before it issues a permit. Homescape 3D prepares every plan set with that review in mind, drawn the way builders and inspectors expect to read floor plans, elevations, sections and details.
